The Buckle Boutique will only accept returns, at its discretion, due to manufacturing defects. It's unfortunate, but we have simply been taken advantage of, one too many times. However, you are welcome to contact us by phone at 281-744-4879, if you'd like to discuss any special circumstances PRIOR to placing your order. All returns are at customer's expense.
