Return Policy

Returns must be received by The Buckle Boutique in their original condition and packaging within 15 days of documented delivery for a refund less a 15% re-stocking fee.  All items returned in other than in their original condition and packaging or later than the 15 day return period will be refunded less a 50% re-packaging, correction and/or stock balance charge. The packaging of the item must not be torn, cut, written on or bent out of shape.
 
Close outs and custom orders are not cancelable, returnable or exchangeable.
 
 In the event that an item is shipped incorrectly or defective, it will be replaced/repaired at no charge (if a refund is requested, then the restocking charge will apply).  If the defective piece is sent back within 15 days of documentable receipt, it is in it's original packaging, it has not been worn and we have more in stock, then it will be replaced. Any other instance the goods will be repaired. We do not refund freight. If a package is returned without instructions it will be treated as a refund. We strongly recommend insuring any return and packing them well as we can not take responsibility, if we do not receive the return or if it comes in damaged. 

Just include a copy of the invoice and write a note on it of what you would like done and ship the package insuredto:

Claims
Any claim for shortage must be made within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. Any claim for shipping refund on a late delivery must be made within 5 days of the delivery.
Any claim for non-receipt of a package must be made within 30 days of the order being placed.
All claims of incorrectly shipped/defective merchandise must be submitted to The Buckle Boutique within 15 days of documentable receipt of the goods.

Cancellations and Refused Orders
Cancellations, refused orders (not accepted by the purchaser from the delivery service) and undeliverable orders (incorrect address) on any product already shipped will be treated as a return and incur the re-stocking fees. Refused orders will also be responsible for shipping costs.
