My businesses commenced nearly 3 years ago when I started embellishing flip flops at my kitchen table. The response to my products was so great, I was encouraged to branch out beyond our local community events. Fancy Flops was born! Shortly after participating in our first Dallas Market, we quickly grew from 3 small area boutiques to more than 300 boutiques, spas and resorts around the U.S., Canada, the Virgin Islands and Great Britain. What a whirlwind it has been! We have participated in various fund raisers hosted by celebrities such as Andre Agassi, George and Ann Lopez, our Fancy Flops can be seen on the likes of the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders, Amy Grant and Paris Hilton, and I've been featured on The Big Idea with Donny Deutsh.
When Fancy Flops began, I was using basic crystal circle and oval buckles. It wasn't long before customers were making special requests for hard to find and custom buckle designs. The Buckle Boutique was recently launched to help fill the need for competitively priced basic and custom buckle designs. We currently offer more than 40 buckle styles and new designs are being considered all the time!
Although the buckles were initially designed for flip flops, their use is only limited by your imagination. Please feel free to send pictures of some of the amazing creations you have designed!
